All seams on our chiropractic tables are sewn in meticulously with high-quality paper cording, which guarantees that the seams will not split or degrade during the life of your table. This is a significant advantage over various aftermarket knockoffs that may compromise quality.

High Quality Vinyl

All the vinyl used in our products is high-quality, This set uses "Grand Sierra" material by Boltaflex. The only exception to this is for special requests that may be made. Double Layered Foam

Our tables feature a top layer of 1” low-density foam, complemented by a bottom layer of 1-1/2” high-density rebound foam. This combination allows the patient to sink just enough into the surface to maintain their position while still providing the necessary firmness for effective adjustments. Additionally, we offer an option to craft the set with double the low-density foam layer, known as “Double Foam,” if a softer feel is preferred. Do keep in mind that this alteration will increase the overall height of the table by an additional 1”.

Dust Covered Rear Panel

The underside of each piece of upholstery is carefully covered with a dust cover and finished with a tack strip. This tack strip plays a crucial role in protecting the edges of the vinyl from peeling or fraying, ultimately increasing the lifespan of your cushion set and ensuring that your equipment remains in excellent condition for years to come.
